What about Herbal Teas?
While some herbal teas are considered safe for children, it’s important to ask your child’s doctor before giving your child any herbal teas.
Keep in mind, too, that herbal teas are not appropriate for babies. They should only be served to children at a safe temperature to prevent burning.
