Practice planning meals that offer all 5 food groups throughout each day and week. Start with this list of nutritious foods from all 5 food groups. You can also use the example you saw earlier in the lesson for guidance. 

You can download or print each of these lists and example meal plans if you would like. If printing is not an option, you can also:
