Meal Planning: One simple way to get started

 

Meal planning may seem complicated if you haven’t done it before. But once you get used to it, planning meals and snacks can be easy. When it comes to starting meal planning, it’s best to start simple! Use these 3 steps to simplify meal planning. 

Vary Your Food Groups: 1: Include a veggie or fruit at meal or snack. 2: Including foods from at least 3 food groups for each meal. 3: Include food from at least 2 food groups for each snack.
