Ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I physically active at least 5 days per week?
- What other types of physical activity could I do with my family?
- How do I feel on the days that I’m active?
- How well do I sleep?
- How are my emotions? - What would I like to do differently next month?
Celebrate your healthy actions!
After completing an activity, find a way to reward yourself! Rewards don’t have to cost money and could include taking the time to:
- Call a friend
- Watch your favorite show
- Read
- Do what brings you joy
