Lost Card? Get help at your local WIC clinic

 

If your WIC card is lost or stolen, we have a few tips to help.

Call your WIC clinic as soon as you notice:

  • Your card is lost or stolen. You may need to visit your local WIC clinic for a new card. Once you report your card as lost or stolen, it can no longer be used, even if you find it later.
  • Your card is damaged or will not work.
  • Someone is using your card without your permission.
